Acceptance

By creating an account and using CloakMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CloakMe. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

The Service

CloakMe provides real carrier phone numbers supporting voice calls, SMS, and MMS. Numbers are subject to carrier availability. We cannot guarantee specific area codes or vanity patterns, though we offer search tools to help you find what you're looking for.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CloakMe to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any person
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated marketing without consent
• Commit fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in illegal robocalling, telemarketing, or debt collection
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

Subscriptions and Billing

CloakMe operates on a subscription basis. Your subscription begins when you acquire a phone number. You may cancel at any time; your number remains active through the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are not issued unless required by applicable law.

Phone Number Availability

Numbers are licensed from carriers and are subject to carrier recycling policies. In rare cases a number may need to change. We will notify you in advance if this occurs.

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. CARRIER CONNECTIVITY AND CALL QUALITY ARE SUBJECT TO NETWORK CONDITIONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOAKME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
